This primer is the go-to for a significant colour change, is effective in suppressing most bleeding-type stains and provides a mildew-resistant coating. High-Hiding All Purpose Primer has excellent application properties, including flow and levelling, two-hour recoating and spatter resistance in a low-VOC formula.
